Exhibit Description

This distinct gem and mineral collection showcased 850 egg-shaped pieces, collected and carved for more than 40 years by Master Lapidarist Dieter Jerusalem to resemble a perfectly formed hen’s egg. One of the world's finest and rarest collections, many of the minerals are from locations that are no longer producing.
