What is an AGS Ideal^® Report?

The AGS Ideal^® Report brought to you by GIA is offered as a supplement to any of our natural or laboratory-grown D-to-Z reports. This report provides the unparalleled AGS Light Performance, backed by rigorous science, with GIA’s industry-leading diamond grading reports. AGS Light Performance measures and assesses the performance, proportions and finish (which includes symmetry and polish) of a diamond. In a stone with an AGS Light Performance grade of 0, the diamond remains bright from edge to center with a high amount of brightness while minimizing the amount of light leakage, the diamond has high fire potential from edge to center, and there is an equal amount of contrast scattered across the entirety of the stone. The AGS Ideal^® Report is a digital report with a printed version available for an additional charge.
