Limited-Time Promotion:  

Earn Credits Toward Future Diamond Dossier® Submissions 

For diamonds submitted from March 9, 2026 - May 15, 2026 to any GIA laboratory and receiving a Diamond Dossier®, you will earn a credit toward your future Diamond Dossier submissions.

During the promotional period, GIA will review your total volume of qualifying submissions and apply a percentage credit based on your cumulative activity: 
2-Month Cumulative Diamond Dossiers  Credits % 
More than 60,000  30% 
30,000 – 59,999  20% 
5,000 – 29,999  5% 
Less than 5,000  Not applicable 

A credit—issued per laboratory—will be applied to your account after all promotional dossiers have been printed and stones returned. This credit may be used toward future Diamond Dossier submissions.

Submission Criteria:  

 

  • Applicable natural D-to-Z diamonds issued a Diamond Dossier 

  • Updates and re-examinations for Diamond Dossiers are also eligible  

  • Based on stones received at a GIA laboratory between March 9 – May 15, 2026  

Terms and Conditions: 

  • Credit memos will be issued per lab location where stones were submitted and cannot be transferred across labs 

  • Monthly credit usage limits will apply. Expiration of credits will apply.  

  • No cash value 

  • Eligibility based on finalized service as Diamond Dossier
