How often do I need to update my Client Agreement?

You need to sign a client agreement every time a new version is published. If a new signed client agreement is required, a Client Service Representative will reach out to ensure your account is up to date and send the new client agreement electronically via DocuSign to complete. If you do not have a current client agreement and send stones to GIA you will not receive back your stones with reports until the new client agreement is signed.
