Financial Aid Forms

If you have not yet started the financial aid process by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and received a communication from GIA regarding your application, then start the process here.

Please do not submit forms from this page unless you have been directed to do so by the GIA financial aid team. Submitting forms that are not needed can delay your award. Be sure that your student ID and full name are on each page of your form.

Due to the sensitive information contained in these forms, do not email to the GIA financial aid team using your personal email account. Submit your completed forms through one of the following methods:
