Why is the LCD screen image or tablet screen lagging during imaging?
This kind of display lagging can occur when:
- The illumination power is too low (or dark image),
- A given stone has deep color (e.g., black diamond), or
- Multiple mobile devices are connected to the same GIA Match iD™ instrument.
