24-Hour Grading Report Service in New York and Carlsbad
Nov. 20, 2017 – D-to-Z diamonds received by GIA at its Carlsbad or New York laboratories from U.S. locations for Diamond Grading Report or Diamond Dossier® service beginning Monday, November 20, 2017 through Friday, January 5, 2018 will be ready for pickup with grading report enclosed within 24 hours* of receipt, at no additional charge. Return shipping available at normal ship times following 24-hour grading service, and under standard shipping policies.

Once all the requested information for your order is provided and GIA confirms your eligibility, you will be able to submit stones for this offer.
Offer is open only to clients who have a signed client agreement in place with GIA, and is limited to five diamonds per client, per day. To become a GIA client, contact GIA Client Services. Diamonds must be shipped from and returned to a single United States address. Diamonds submitted with requests for Add-On or Follow-Up Services are not eligible, and will be serviced based on standard estimated return dates posted on GIA’s website. Current estimated stone return time in Carlsbad and New York for D-to-Z diamonds of all carat weights is five business days.

Stones submitted for this offer cannot be received or returned on weekend days and other dates that GIA is closed. View the full list of GIA closure dates here. Access to grading report online may take longer than 24 hours. GIA is not responsible for failed, inaccurate, incomplete, late, misdirected, or delayed communications or shipments. Proof of sending or shipping does not affect eligibility, which is based solely on prior GIA verification, receipt of submitted diamonds by GIA during the offer period, and participation in accordance with these terms. GIA has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this offer if it cannot be completed as planned due to technical failures or other conditions beyond GIA’s control. By participating in this offer, clients agree to be bound by these terms, and that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with shipping diamonds to CA or NY laboratory locations in connection with this offer, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and client hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
