Can I order a rush service for items submitted for analysis and grading?
For D-to-Z colour diamonds and some coloured diamonds, service can be completed on the same day if the item is received by 10 am. For coloured stones and pearl services, the identification report can be completed in 48-72 hours from when the item was received but this can be dependent on the gemstone type.
