Does GIA grade laboratory-grown diamonds?
GIA has offered report services for laboratory-grown diamonds since 2007. The new, digital-only GIA Laboratory-Grown Diamond Reports, introduced in October 2020, specify the colour and clarity of laboratory-grown diamonds, using the same 4Cs terms used for natural diamonds.
