Can someone other than me pick up my items once the service has been completed?
To authorise an individual to pick up or drop off stones associated with your account you must log in to your client portal and add them as an Authorised Rep or Courier.
Please add this team member, including uploading a copy of a valid ID, prior to coming to the laboratory location.
