Can someone other than me to pick up my items once the servicing is complete?


To authorise an individual to have access to your GIA account and to pick up your items, GIA needs you to sign a letter of authorisation. Please send the letter prior to the pick up so that your account can be updated. The individual will also need the original receipt in order to pick up the items. Check with your local client services representative for more details.
