Where to Learn
Study full time at one of our seven global campuses or at your own pace through GIA Distance Education.
On-Campus Education
Study full time and earn your professional qualification in six months or less. All GIA campuses and locations feature classrooms equipped with the latest tools and equipment, small classes conducive to personalised instruction and attentive staff dedicated to your success. You’ll learn by doing, working with expert instructors ready to provide guidance and answer questions, and you’ll collaborate with fellow students who share your passion for gems and jewellery.
Distance Education
Study the same curriculum as on-campus students but with more flexibility to meet your family and job commitments. GIA Distance Education programmes are a combination of eLearning courses through our Online Campus and hands-on lab classes at a GIA campus location. The method may differ from on-campus study, but the result is the same—a professional qualification valued and recognised throughout the industry.
Global Campus Locations
Located in many of the world’s top gem trading and jewellery-making centres, each of GIA’s seven global campuses offers students a respected education with a unique perspective on the industry.
