GIA's Laboratory is Offering Colored Stone Services at the GJX Show in Tucson
CARLSBAD, Calif. – Jan. 27, 2009 – The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Laboratory is offering a “Show Service Laboratory” at the GJX Show in Tucson, Ariz., from Feb. 3-9.
GIA’s colored stone services will be available through the GIA Show Service Laboratory, located in booth 3205 in the North Hall of the GJX Show. Gemologists and colored stone specialists from the GIA Laboratory will be available to provide Gemstone Identification Reports; ruby, sapphire, emerald, alexandrite, and tourmaline reports; and country-of-origin reports.
The GIA Show Service Laboratory dates and hours are as follows:
Tuesday, Feb. 3 (GJX Exhibitors only, or by appointment) 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 4 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 5 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 6 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 7 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 8 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Monday, Feb. 9 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
The standard GIA Colored Stone Discount Program will be available at the show which includes a 25 percent discount for 10 or more stones of the same type, submitted in the same order.
