Save Bahia Campaign Update

Bahia Button

GIA’s Save Bahia campaign to keep the 4-foot, 7-inch tall, suspended rutilated quartz sculpture on permanent display at GIA’s world headquarters in Carlsbad, California, has continued to steadily receive donations since it was launched last year. To date, 240 individuals and organizations have each committed $1,000 toward the campaign. Those who gave in 2003 are included in the Honor Roll of Donors list, which begins on page 26. To contribute to the Save Bahia campaign, contact Bev Ross at (760) 603-4120 or e-mail: bev.ross@gia.edu.
