GRC 2009 Has Been Cancelled
We regret to report that the downturn in the global economy has forced us to reconsider the timing of the GRC, and the decision has been made not to hold the conference at this time. This action is especially difficult considering the enthusiasm and synergy that so many people have contributed to the planning of the event. However, the success of the conference is dependent on attracting a number of participants from diverse backgrounds. The current economic climate has created significant budget and travel restrictions for almost everyone. Thus, we believe it is in everyone’s best interest to hold the conference at a more favorable time.
We greatly appreciate all of the ideas and energy that so many people have contributed to the 2009 GRC, and we look forward to working with you again in the future.
Sincerely yours,
