But it is a virtual mantra in our Customer Service Department. Bridging the worlds of high technology, finance, and human understanding is one of GIA Instruments' main goals, and the results, according to current audits, have been nothing less than spectacular. If your order is in stock, it's shipped within one business day (in the continental U.S.). If you call with a question, an available representative takes the request personally and returns your calls promptly. Admittedly, we at GIA Instruments call it the Customer Service Department.
