Your User ID and Password
Completing assignments online requires registration as a Distance Education student and a User ID and temporary password from GIA. If you are a student, your User ID and temporary password were emailed to you. If you did not receive the email, or are having trouble logging in, please contact portalsupport@gia.edu.

Help Submitting Questionnaires
If you need help submitting your questionnaire answers online, send an email to lessons@gia.edu or call 800-421-7250 ext. 7350, or 760-603-7350 (outside North America).

Forgot Password
Please click on "Forgot your password?" under the Sign In button to retrieve your password.  If you have not set up a password hint, you will be prompted to do so.

Please note that students are not able to plot diamonds, complete Gem Identification worksheets, or complete the assignments for the Pearl & Bead Stringing courses online due to the hands-on nature of these activities.
