More often than not, your first communication with a potential employer will be in writing. This first impression is a vital one, so we have provided some tips on preparing your resume and cover letter, and additionally, your very important follow-up correspondence — the "thank you" letter.

You will also find interview tips that will take you before, during, and after your meeting with a potential employer. Don't forget that 80% of why you are hired for a job is because the employer likes you. So remember to have a good attitude and to reaffirm your attributes!
